Autumnal Planning

I recently joined a fabulous group of other bloggers who love planning as much as a I do! It so inspiring and warming to connect with like minded individuals. Part of this coming together is about encouraging each other to write blog posts and so we all share the same topic but write our own take on it. So, here is my first blog post for the Confessions of a Planneraholic…..

I seem to find my inspiration and creativity takes on another level come September. I think this dates back to being at school…..my new, fresh start always began in September with a new pencil case and school bag (and shoes that hurt too much!) and, although I left school well over 20 years ago, I think my body clock is well and truly set in considering September as my new year! So, autumnal planning comes easy.

Throughout summer, I was wedded to my personal size Kikki-K and Websters Page TN in blush and gold but I’m switching it up now that a new season is upon us.

For my day to day planning (and an excuse to use some more of my sticker collection), I intend to use my horizontal Erin Condren. With plenty of space to write to-do lists, this will take the place of my Websters TN which was my “write it all down and hope it organises itself” type of notebook. With a very apt front cover from The Royal Planner Shop (Etsy) and some stickers courtesy of Paper & Glam seasonal living, I reckon I’m going to enjoy this method of planning.

For my appointments and general eye candy, I will be using my hot pink Kate Spade. Time for some honesty though…I’m in love, but I’m nervous…..this beauty is probably my planner unicorn. I guess it is worthy of more than gathering dust though.

For decorating, I will be using the September and October Paper & Glam sticker kit as well as my recent goodies from a the Reset Girl which just shout Autumn to me. I am always a subscriber to The Planner Society and the sneak peeks of the October kit look divine.

How are you planning in Autumn?

Don’t forget to check out my fellow bloggers and their take on Autumal Planning….
